Editing Services

Genres
We edit poetry, fiction, and nonfiction. Genres we’re experienced with include, but are not limited to, literary fiction, speculative fiction (e.g., sci-fi, fantasy, and magical realism), memoirs, self-help, romance, YA and middle grade, children’s books, and thrillers. We also edit books for psychologists and educators, web content for businesses, query letters, and more, so just ask us.

About the Editor
It’s great to meet you. I’m Shaina Clingempeel, a Philly-based writer and editor who loves what she does. I have a writing MFA from Sarah Lawrence College, and I’m a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association. I’m also the founder and editor-in-chief of a literary magazine called Cypress Review.
My poetry chapbook, in the homes that house my history, was published by Moonstone Press in 2025. My poems can also be found in Coffin Bell, The Passionfruit Review, Moonstone Arts Center’s 28th Annual Poetry Ink Anthology, and many other places.
